Pool Together @Home is about practical support with kindness and compassion.
As a new community focused organisation dedicated to Hartlepool we are excited to be launching our new services
We are about getting the job done while knowing how important the people are. So, whether you are a busy person who needs some cleaning done, you need extra practical support at home, or you have a parent struggling to stay safely in their home, we want to help!
Pool Together @Home starts with a conversation
Finding out what you need and making a plan.
This could be as simple as; a few gardening hours each week to keep your home looking clean and tidy throughout the year or include a range of services to help someone with illness or disability be able to manage their homes, confidently deal with their challenges, and even connect to other assistance in their community
We are not a “one size fits all” organisation.
We want to get to know you and make sure we provide the right support for your situation. And if the situation changes we’ll be right there for what comes next
We might not be the right solution for everyone but please do give us a try.
Initial enquiries are free and we will always be open and honest about what we can offer.
As a social enterprise we do charge for our services but you can be reassured that any profits go back into the business and supporting our communities
